Delicious, Healthy Dates Salad
Dates are one of the salad ingredients that make it strong. Dates have iron, potassium, zinc and vitamins A, B, E, which are useful for preventing cancer.
Date salad ingredients:
1 cup of hard and chopped dates
2 cups of mung bean sprouts
½ cup chopped purple basil
Half a cup of roasted almonds
2 fresh sour apples (with skin)
Half a cup of shredded pasteurized cheese
Half a cup of cubed pizza cheese
Half a cup of roasted sesame
Two cups of chopped spinach
Two cups of chopped lettuce
A tablespoon of olive oil
A tablespoon of sesame oil
Tested baguette bread rings for the number of people (if desired, barley toast)
How to make date salad
Mix mung bean sprouts, spinach and lettuce together, then add olive oil and sesame oil to it, then put it in a container and keep it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Try to make your container big because you have to add the ingredients to it in order. Now, after the mentioned time, mix the ingredients together. Chop the apple with the skin and add it to the salad bowl along with the chopped basil, Pengedar Kurma Green Diamond, almond slices, cheese and sesame seeds. Mix the salad once more and cook for a while. Leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour until the extract of all ingredients is combined.
After half an hour, put it on a plate or container of your choice and decorate it with baguette bread rings that you have tested before and eat it.
